The Jewish State is proud to announce that we have won three New Jersey Society of Professional Journalists' Excellence in Journalism Awards for 2009.
Jacob Kamaras received third place in the Wilso Barto Awards for First Year Reporters. Seth Mandel received first place in Column Writing for "A better way for Palestine" and third place in Investigative Reporting for "Fifth Avenue terror funders have N.J. ties".
We are honored by this recognition and we look forward to continue to serve the Jewish community in New Jersey.
