Jewish Community Center of Greater Monmouth County. Rising Star Productions, the Youth Performing Arts Academy of JCC Monmouth, is holding auditions for the summer production of "Willie Wonka." Two shows, Aug. 24 and 25. Auditions open to Jewish boys and girls, ages 7-17. Jewish Heritage Museum. Screening of "1776." Axelrod Performing Arts Center. Marc Salem: Mind Games Too. As an entertainer Marc has performed around the world, astounding and entertaining millions. His show "Mind Games" concluded two extended runs on Broadway to both critical and popular acclaim. Lakewood Regional Business and Industry Expo. Informative business development seminars given by area experts and sponsored by the Lakewood UEZ; exhibitors with the newest products and services; and photo ops with Buster, the mascot of the BlueClaws. Axelrod Performing Arts Center. Concert by Jimmy Webb, Grammy-winning songwriter. Southern New Jersey Region of Hadassah's Associate members. A Day At The Races promises to be a fun-filled afternoon, including an introduction to horse racing from experts and experienced track goers, a silent auction, and a beautiful luncheon. Support the extraordinary works of Hadassah, including the world renowned Hadassah Medical Organization, the Hadassah College of Jerusalem, villages for at-risk youth, and many other projects in Israel and the U.S. that make a difference in the lives of individuals throughout the world. Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County. Helen Jonas and the award winning film documentary "Inheritance: A Legacy of Hatred and the Journey To Change It."
